All in all, it's enchanting place that has very very nice and courteous staff who gave good service. The units were spacious in a hot box.

I was offered an awesome breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. There were coffee facilities, a chair, and a kettle in the rooms, which made them decent sized. The location of the hotel was marvellous and lovely, in the pretty garden.

Beautiful location and so efficient and incredibly helpful staff were a definite plus.

The rooms were all beautifully decorated in misty view. The setting was unbeatable, really close to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, the sea and open forest with a diverse landscape, and the forest. Again, it was at a moderate distance from New Forest Museum.

Had comfortable stay on the first three nights of our stay. The rooms were huge and budget with absolutely brilliant views of the garden. The location was great and beautiful for us as it was short walk to Portsmouth, and lyndhurst and lovely new forest walking area. We did not want to leave there, so 100% recommend this hotel.

Particularly good and fab location at a moderate distance from New Forest Museum. Set not far from Lyndhurst village centre in the lovely wooded area. Very impressed with superior double room. Particularly good and delicious breakfast with outstanding products.

I had airy and reasonably spacious room to myself with walk in shower, the garden, for example. The hotel's location was central, central to everything in the Forrest.

Relaxing atmosphere and double room with a spa bath. So efficient and amazingly helpful staff, beautiful location next to the New forest and the town with the lovely gift shops and tea rooms, Lyndhurst and Milford on Sea which is a beautiful coastal walk and other restaurants and the town of Lyndhurst.

The breakfast was particularly good and delicious with good quality ingredients; the location was magnificent.

It was the best possible location for us, close enough to Lyndhurst centre, exceptional Italian restaurant and most areas.

Appreciated my very relaxing stay on the first three nights of our stay. The venue was in a central location right by conservatory with the dog and quaint shops and in The New Forest. Also, it was 2 km from Christ Church.

We ate in the top-notch restaurant with good meals which was reasonably priced. The location was great and lovely, for example, The New Forest Heritage Centre Museum was relatively close to the hotel.

Comfortable bed and well decorated and well-kept room. Very good customer care, parking on-site. The ambience was relaxing.

The place was fairly clean with an outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff who gave good service. Had good sleep at the superior queen room with spa bath.
